Digital Products Due to the nature of digital products, which are downloadable, digital items cannot be “returned”. As such, refunds for digital PDF product purchases are not offered once the order is processed and the product download link has been provided. We encourage you to review the description and previews of the digital product carefully before purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

Printed Products We stand behind the quality of our printed products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our printed products are made-to-order, we offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

• Defective or Damaged Items: If the item you receive is defective or damaged, you can return it for a refund at any time.
• No Refund Fee: There is no fee for requesting a refund on printed products.
